Hayley will be leading a sound bath which helps clear the mind and create harmony with all of the participants.

After the sound bath, we will be gathered in the lounge to offer $5 hand reflexology and $5 reiki.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are bathed in sounds and vibrations produced by singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. This immersive experience aims to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve focus.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique where practitioners transfer universal energy through their palms to help balance the recipient's energy. The benefits of Reiki include stress reduction, pain relief, and emotional healing.

Reflexology is a practice involving applying pressure to specific points on the hands,to stimulate the corresponding organs and systems of the body. The benefits of reflexology may include improved circulation, relaxation, and pain management.
